NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2026 and entered in 25-CA-001076 of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PEDRO FRANCISCO is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH A. MORABITO, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH A. MORABITO, n/k/a LEAH MORABITO are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on February 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
