NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of January 2026, and entered in Case No : 2023-CA-001258-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOREL AIME A/K/A JOREL J. AIME, SR; MARIE ANGELINE ST. HUBERT; MACKENLEY AIME; CATRINA ANN AIME, DIANA AIME, JOREL AIME, JR; JOEL OMAR AIME; JOEL FARIS AIME; OLIVER DONALD AIME, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN, NICOLE GERMAIN; NICOLE GERMAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE NICOLE GERMAIN; STATE OF FLORIDA; PROGRESSIVE SELECT INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBOROGEE FOR CATHARINA TRIPPETT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Tifffany Moore Russell the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 11:00am on the 8th day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
