KENNEDY; CHARLES F. KENNEDY; JENNIFER A. KENNEDY; NATASHA KENNEDY; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AVALON PARK COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
