NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 23, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24000148CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and Clarence Austin, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of February, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 1647, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION TWELVE, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Pages 1A through 1D, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
