NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 12, 2026 in Case No. 2025-CA-000280 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ELIZABETH RAMOS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE USDA RURAL HOUSING SERVICE, LVNV FUNDING, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH RAMOS, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA PAUL MORALES are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of February 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, ELSIE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
