Mobile home located at 8 - 28th Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34208, more particularly described as a 46-foot, 1964 mobile home bearing Identification No. 121341, and Title No. 1617394.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment regarding the above described mobile home has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andrea M. Johnson, Esq., Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea & Johnson, PLLC, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before 3/6/2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment.
