NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-001248 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A, is Plaintiff and ANGELA L. LYNCH, DANIEL R. LYNCH and LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ. will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco. realforeclose.com at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on February 9, 2026, on the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
