NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2024 CC 000430 SC of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION #1, INC. is Plaintiff, and Karl Rafalo, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Alexandra Rafalo, Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Veronica Rafalo and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court will sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash: [X] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of February 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
