NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Stipulated Final Judgment Of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-6575-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STUART SALTZMAN, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST STUART SALTZMAN, GEORGE ALEXIOU, CHARLES POPA, JAMIE POPA, JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on March 18, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

Unit 403, The Village on Island Estates, a Condominium Phase IV, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 28 through 33, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4878, Pages 1988 through 2046, inclusive, and amendment thereto recorded in Official Records Book 5028, Pages 9 through 18, inclusive, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, said Amendment adding Phase III, IV, and V, and other amendments thereto adding additional Phases as provided for in the said Declaration of Condominium.
