YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for quiet title relating to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
A certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, to wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 32, Block B, TREE LAND PARK, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence Running north 73’ along the east line of Tree Street to a point on the west boundary of Lot 33, said point being the point of beginning; thence
Continuing north 1.42’ along the east line of Tree Street and west boundary of Lot 33 to a point; thence
Turning and running east 75’ to a point at the east boundary of Lot 33 and the west boundary of Lot 30; thence
Turning and running south 1.42’ along the east boundary of Lot 33 and the west boundary of Lot 30 to a point; thence
Turning and running west 75’ to the east line of Tree Street and west boundary of Lot 33 and the point of beginning.
