NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment dated January 21, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-00068 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 2001 of BEAU RIVAGE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4468, page 73, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
