YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 9, Building B10, WIND F-NORTHEAST ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT NINE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 3271, page 98, and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 39, Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. GORDON DESPOT and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
