YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently in the City of Seminole, which is located in Pinellas County, Florida, and which is more fully described as:
Unit #316, of MAJESTIC PARK, A COOPERATIVE, according to park plot plan, for a term of years ending June 1, 2084, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement which form of agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association, at 8300 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, FL 33772. The resident is the owner of an appurtenant share certificate in Majestic Park Homes, Inc., a Florida for-profit corporation and the property commonly known as Lot #316, MAJESTIC PARK HOMES, INC., 8300 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, Parcel ID #27-30-15-54579-000-3160.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendants, and you are required
to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10823 70th Avenue North, Seminole, FL 33772, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
