LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 3930, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION. UNIT 54, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 79 THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 403 SW 28th Place, Cape Coral, Florida 33991
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
