A Petition for Judicial Modification of the Debora A. Mosley Family Irrevocable Trust, pursuant to section 736.04113, Florida Statutes, seeking court authorization to modify certain terms of the trust affecting beneficiaries’ interests with respect to the properties commonly known as: 509 Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, 511 Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, and 513 Dodecanese Blvd, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NATALIA OUELLETTE-GRICE, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is LCO Law LLC, 2901 W. Busch Blvd., Suite 805, Tampa, Florida 33618, on or before February 27th, 2026 (which date shall be not less than 28 days after the first publication, Fla. Stat. § 49.09), and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition filed herein.
