Luft; Jason P. Luft a/k/a Jason Luft; Upequity SPV2 LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 28, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 225, CAPE CORAL UNIT TWO PART ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 129 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
