YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you, by Plaintiff, TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, seeking to foreclose a mortgage with respect to the real property more particularly described as:
Lot 5, Block 1, and Lot 5, Block 2, Beverly Beach, a subdivision according to the plat or map thereof described in Plat Book 3, Page 32, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM an easement deed unto the Town of Beverly Beach, more particularly described as: A part of Lot 5, Block 1, Beverly Beach Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida; more particularly described as an area 10.0 feet wide extending from the West lot line of Lot 5, to the East lot line of Lot 5, bounded on the North by a line 16 feet North of and parallel to the South lot line of Lot 5 and bounded on the South by a line 6 feet North of and parallel to the South lot line of Lot 5.

Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Allen S.
