NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 27, 2026, in Case No. 2025 13620 CICI of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY PATRICK TIGHE; LISA TIGHE; and GOODLEAP, LLC are Defendants, the Office of Laura E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. on-line at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, PLANTATION ACRES, EXCEPT THE SOUTHERLY 75 FEET THEREOF, AND EXCEPT ALL THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHERLY 125 FEET THAT LIES WITHIN 20 FEET OF THE CENTERLINE OF EDDY LANE AS NOW LAID OUT AS SHOWN IN MAP RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
