Final Judgment was awarded on June 23, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-011004-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CLEMENTE GARCIA is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 20, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK M , TIFFANY TERRACE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGES 138 AND 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
