NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 23, 2026 in Case No.: 2025-CA-006449-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is Plaintiff and JUDY JULIEN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AMBERGATE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDY JULIEN are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
