NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Stipulated Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-2295 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of September, 2026, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, First Floor Customer Service Department - Multipurpose Room, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week (s) No. (s), 16, in Condominium Parcel Number 9, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 959 at Pages 1957 through 2017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
