NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated June 22, 2026, issued in and for Collier County, Florida, in Case No. 2025-CA-002557, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF MFRA TRUST 2019-1 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH FONTANA, MARIA CHRISTINA FONTANA, DOMENICO POSTERARO, RENA G. POSTERARO A/K/A RENA POSTERARO, OLE` AT LELY RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SPARTAN PLUMBING A/K/A SPARTAN PLUMBING, LLC and COLONIAL ROOFING A/K/A COLONIAL ROOFING, INC. are the Defendants.
