NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary and Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2026, entered in Case No. 41-2018-CA-00609 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WF3 is the Plaintiff and BCIT TRUST, A FLORIDA LAND TRUST, JAMES HEYWARD, THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF BCIT TRUST, A FLORIDA LAND TRUST, ZAROLD HOLMES, LLC, UKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A HOLLI HARDEN; and UNKNOWN PARTY #2 N/K/A RYAN HARDEN are the Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for case via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 15, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Summary and Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 3, Block I, BEAU VUE ESTATES, as per plate thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 92 and 93, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Property Address: 218 3rd Avenue E, Bradenton, Florida 34208
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days of the sale.
