NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 9, 2026 in Case No.: 532025CA004403A000BA of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is Plaintiff and GABRIELA ENID SANTIAGO and FESTIVAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
