NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 4, 2026 in Case No.: 532025CA002981A000BA of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and KRISTI LYNN ALSIP, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, BALMORAL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTI LYNN ALSIP are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
