DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and GERSON RIVERA MOLINA; MILITZA IRIZARRY RIVAS; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; THE RIDGE AT SWAN LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at the Courthouse located at 255 N. Broadway Avenue in Polk County in Bartow, FL, 33831 at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on August 20, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
