Pate a/k/a Judy Diane Pate, Deceased; Brandon Michael Pate a/k/a Brandon M. Pate a/k/a Brandon Pate; Christina Nicole Pate a/k/a Christina Pate a/k/a Christina N. Pate a/k/a Christina Nicole Delgado; A. G. P., a minor child in the care of her mother and natural guardian, Christina Nicole Pate; Clerk of the Court, Polk County, Florida; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
