MARTINEZ; ELIZABETH B. MARTINEZ A/K/A ELIZABETH S. MARTINEZ are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 21, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
