NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2025CA003171A000BA of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, VILLAGE CAPITAL & INVESTMENT LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GREGORY STUART HORNSBY AKA GREGORY STEWART HORNSBY, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 39, BLOCK 17, OF LAWSON DUNES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 198, PAGE(S) 33 - 40 AS AFFECTED BY SURVEYOR`S AFFIDAVITS RECORDED IN BOOK 12677, PAGES 189 AND BOOK 12853, PAGE 2158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
