TURECEK, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH LYNN TURECEK, A/K/A DEBORAH LYNN TANNER, DECEASED; ALICIA RHODES; UNKNOWN PARTY OR PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF 5843 DENISON DRIVE, VENICE, FL 34293, IF ANY; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the identity of which are unknown to Plaintiff;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The nature of the action is foreclosure of a mortgage encumbering property with street address 5843 DENISON DRIVE, VENICE, FL 34293, and more particularly described as follows:
The West 300 feet of Lot 34, Block A, FLORIDA TROPICAL HOMESITES AND LITTLE FARMS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 71, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; less that part conveyed to the State of Florida for Highway Purposes.

Within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, or 8-3-2026, YOU ARE REQUIRED to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action with the Clerk of this Court and either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
