NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2026, in Case No.: 2025CA003221CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GUARANTEED RATE, INC., is Plaintiff and ELAINE GIAMMETTA; GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE NUMBER FOUR, INCORPORATED; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELAINE GIAMMETTA are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
