NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2026, and entered in 2025 CA 006227 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP is the Plaintiff and LORI ANN SOSA; JORGE SOSA; GEORGIA’S OWN CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 27, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1882, LAKE SARASOTA UNIT NO. 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
