NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Cancel Sale and Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated June 26, 2026, of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 23, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CC 003687 SC, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. SONSHINE ROOFING, INC., is Plaintiff and JIM MESZAROS and JENNIFER MESZAROS, are Defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for Sarasota, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on July 24, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 42, Block A, Heron Creek Unit 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40 at Page 47, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Property Address: 3440 Pine Shadow Court, North Port, Florida 34287.
ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS, IF ANY, RESULTING FROM THE FORECLOSURE SALE, OTHER THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS ARE UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
