You are hereby notified that an action to remove you as an owner of the property at 1811 Osprey Dr., Sarasota, Florida has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on David Finkelstein, Attorney-at-Law for Revenue Empires, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, at his address at 7114 Bluebell Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202 on or before June 5, 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at the following address: 2115 Second Street, Fort Myers FL 33901 before or immediately after sending it to the attorney for for Revenue Empires, LLC.
If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you, in which case you will be removed as owner of 1811 Osprey Dr. Sarasota, Florida and any other relief demanded in the complaint in the above-captioned matter.
