NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Partition and Order for Judicial Sale of Real Property, dated June 30, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2026 CA 000214 SC of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, South County, Florida, in which EQUITY TRUST COMPANY FBO IRA ACCOUNT #200216004 is the Plaintiff, and, PREMIER CAPITAL PROPERTIES, INC. AND EQUITY TRUST COMPANY FBO IRA ACCOUNT #200220096, are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4th day of August, 2026, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Partition and Order for Judicial Sale of Real Property:
THAT PORTION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE LYING WESTERLY OF THE PRESENTLY EXISTING COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
THE SOUTH 88.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 797.4 FEET OF U.S. LOT 4, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 5 FOOT WALKING EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 88.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 797.4 FEET OF U.S. LOT 4, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE COUNTY ROAD TO THE SHORES OF LEMON BAY.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the judicial sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the filing of Plaintiff’s complaint in this action, must file a claim with the clerk of court within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale.
