The Board of Supervisors of the Creek Preserve Community Development District held an emergency meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Creek Preserve Clubhouse located at 16702 Kingman Reef Street, Wimauma, FL 33598 to discuss the inoperable irrigation pump. The Board approved Pine Lake Services, LLC‘s Proposal #9138 dated June 25, 2026, for the Irrigation Repair and Installation. The next regular meeting is Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
