natural or corporate whose exact status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described
defendants or parties who are claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter
described, and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

EICHHOLD POWELL and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against them; and all unknown natural persons, if alive and if not known to be dead or alive, their several and respective spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons and their several unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other persons claiming by, through, under or against any corporation or other legal entity named as a defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties natural or corporate whose exact status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described defendants or parties who are claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described Lee County, Florida:
Lots 7 & 8, Block 607, Unit 21, Part -- CAPE CORAL, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 149-173 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

YOU, AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the above described property has been file against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Thomas M. Tarsia, Esquire, Plaintiff’s Attorney, of the law firm of the Tarsia Law Group, whose address is 2002 Del Prado Blvd. S., Unit 205, Cape Coral, Florida 33990 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court on or before August 4, 2026; otherwise the allegations of the Complaint will be taken as confessed.
This Notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Cape Coral, Florida.
