Unit 2-C of SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1387, pages 2367 through 2413, inclusive and as amended in Official Record Book 1397, page 1430; Official Record Book 1414, page 146; Official Record Book 1421, page 1943; Official Record Book 1652, page 4013; Official Record Book 1676, page 928; Official Record Book 1751, page 2506; Official Record Book 1751, pages 2508; Official Record Book 1975, page 1522 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 283 through 291, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida (the “Property”).

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Wesley Randolph, Esq., Pope, Mazzara & Menendez, PLLC, 5252 Summerlin Commons Way, Unit 104, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
