NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-004928 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Shelby Louise Trammell a/k/a Shelby Trammell; Christina Trammell; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Lee County, Florida; LVNV Funding LLC; Clerk of the Court, Lee County, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 13, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
