NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2026, and entered in 25-000679-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF AND WITH RESPECT TO AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2023-A, MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES, SERIES 2023-A is the Plaintiff and ROGER EDWARD HAUCK, JR. A/K/A ROGER E. HAUCK JR.; CHRISTOPHER HAUCK; FARRELL PARK/BROOKHAVEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BROOKHAVEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CACH, LLC; TIMOTHY JAMES HAUCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY JAMES HAUCK NKA JESSICA HAUCK are the Defendant(s).
