Roth, Volusia County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM online at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on July 31, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT ELEVEN (11), BEVERLY HILLS - UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT IN MAP BOOK 25, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
