NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2023-CA-011632-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, PENTAGON FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, Plaintiff, and NOTYCE, YOLANDA, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of August, 2026, the following described property:
LOT 119, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 3 - PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S)138 THROUGH 142, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
