NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 11, 2026 in Case No. 2024-CA-008963-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Audubon Villas at Hunter’s Creek Condominiums Association, Inc. is Plaintiff; and CHRISTOPHER CADENA AND PAULINA MONTOYA are the Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, as the Clerk of Courts for Orange County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on July 21, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
