NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001685CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ANDREW R. HALCIK; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; GALE HALSEY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANDREW R. HALCIK; MOMENTUM SOLAR LLC A/K/A MOMENTUM SOLAR; JULIO C. AQUIRRE GARAY; WALQUIRIA RIVERA; KATHRYN ONEY; GALE HALSEY, are defendants. Roger D.
