MCQUESTEN; GREGORY W. MCQUESTEN; DWAINE A. BLACK; HALEY SPRING BLACK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MCCALL RENTAL LLC; are defendants. ROGER D.
