Unit Week No. 35 in Condominium Parcel 3 of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 000959 and Page 001957 thru 002017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Todd B. Allen, Esq., Gulf Coast Counsel, 5692 Strand Court, Suite 1, Naples, FL 34110, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
