Petitioner, AUGUSTINE FERREIRA, JR., alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate based being named as Personal Representative in the Will. Petitioner’s address is 5143 TriPar Dr., Sarasota, FL 34234 and the name and office address of petitioner’s attorney are set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, FRANKIE LYNN HIGGINS, whose last known address was 3605 51st Street Court West, Bradenton, Florida 34209-6057 and was in patient at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Manatee County, 34208. and, if known, whose age was 71 and whose social security number is 547-18-9680 0814 died on May 17, 2025.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this estate and of the decedent’s surviving spouse, if any, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the dates of birth of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because decedent was domiciled in Manatee County, Florida at her death.
5. AUGUSTINE FERREIRA, JR. . whose address is 5143 TriPar Dr., Sarasota, FL 34234 and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the decedent’s estate and beneficiary of the estate. because he is named in the Will.
5. The nature and approximate value of the asset in this estate is Bank Account Wells Fargo $5000.00 (estimated).
7. This estate will not be be required to file a federal estate tax return.
8. Domiciliary or principal proceedings (are not) known to be pending in another state or country.
9. The decedent’s last will dated June 4, 2024, is in the possession of the clerk of the court.
10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph.
11. Petitioner requests that the decedent’s will be admitted to probate and that AUGUSTINE FERREIRA, JR. be appointed Personal Representative, AUGUSTINE FERREIRA, JR is not a convicted felon, has no conviction for abuse or exploitation of elderly or disabled adult, is mentally and physically able, is over 18 years of age and is a resident of Florida.
13. The will does not direct administration.
