NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated July 2, 2026 in Case No. 2024 CA 004105 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida. WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee of IMPERIAL FUND MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-NQM1is the Plaintiff and BRIAN O’HALLORAN and LEEANN O’HALLORAN, is the Defendant, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the Clerk’s website for online instructions at 9:00 A.M. on August 7, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 362, TENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 22, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as 4462 Symco Ave., North Port, FL 34286
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
