NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 16, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025CA001144CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and TERESSA MCBEATH are defendants, Nikiki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on July 30, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
