NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on August 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida, to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 44 South of Range 24 East, Lee County Florida; thence South by Section line 989.25 feet to a quarterquarter corner; thence by the quarter-quarter line South 89°21’20” West 1050.0 feet; thence South 35.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of the land herein described; thence South 60.0 feet; thence South 45° West 24.85 feet more or less to the edge of a canal; thence by the edge of said canal by a curve to the left with a radius of 60 feet, a distance of 57.04 feet; thence North 60.32 feet, more or less to the South right-of-way line of a street: thence North 89°21’20” East 70.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. (Being known as Lot 1, Block C, CLEAVES CORNER, according to the unrecorded plat).

If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
